1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION
The company TALENTUM MOTOR S.L. with registered address at street Muñoz Degrain, 3, 3º, door 7, 46003, Valencia and identified with the number B97896096 organises the promotion (hereinafter, «the Promotion») of international scope, to be carried out through the Internet, for users resident in any country in the world in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this promotion is to attract potential customers and create a loyal community.
2.-STARTING DATE AND ENDING DATE
The Promotion will begin on November 25, 2022 at 00.00h, and will end on November 27, 2022 at 23.59h.
Likewise, the Company may extend the end of the promotional action for as long as it deems appropriate.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements will be as follows:
– Those persons who reside anywhere in the world and are at least 18 years of age may participate.
– The personal details with which participants fill in the registration form must be truthful.
– Participants may only participate once in this promotion.
– The mechanics of the Promotion are as follows:
The person who wishes to enjoy the 2×1 promotion corresponding to the Santa Eulària Ibiza Marathon 2023 sporting event must register for any of the three distances available (marathon, 22K or 12K). A maximum of 100 places are available for sale in the promotion. Once you have registered, you can request a personalised code from the organisers by sending an email to info@ibizamarathon.com and enclosing proof of registration. Within a maximum period of 72 hours, and once the organisation receives the e-mail and verifies that the person requesting the code has actually registered for the event, a personalised code will be sent to him/her which can be exchanged within a maximum period of 7 days from the moment it is received. This code can be exchanged for an entry of the same distance or less than that of the person who received the code.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The redemption of the code that will make effective the 2 for 1 promotion corresponding to Black Friday 2022 can be made within a maximum period of 7 days, counting from the day and time of receipt of the personalised code.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set out in the terms and conditions, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the promotion and will lose all rights to the code awarded in virtue of this promotion.
6.- LIMITATIONS
Any attempt to hinder the smooth running of the promotion, whether by human intervention or by means of an automaton, will result in the immediate cancellation of the participant’s code and the cancellation of his/her participation.
7.-EXONERATION OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but without limitation, we shall not be held responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this promotion, nor shall we be held responsible for the use made by the Participant with regard to the code obtained from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these legal bases, each participant consents to their personal data being included in a file, owned by the company, for the purpose of managing the promotion, as well as disseminating and publicising its results, and processing the delivery of the code. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, forgetfulness and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@ibizamarathon.com or by letter to the following address: c/ Muñoz Degrain, 3, 3º, door 7, 46003, Valencia, enclosing in both cases a copy of an identification document.
9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, insofar as this does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the promotion.
The mere fact of participating in the promotion implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases. Likewise, participation in the promotion of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the platforms and social networks through which the promotion takes place.
10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The courts and tribunals of the city of residence of the owners of the company will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these rules.
